ALG Systems strongly belives in quality control. Project specific edits and validation tables are customized by experienced programmers. All fields are systematically analyzed assuring data validity and integrity. Among other variables, the quality control system checks:

• Field length
• Data types
• Valid codes
• Relational data integrity
• Abbreviations when applicable
• Mandatory fields
• Sequantial numbering

ALG Systems strongly believes in client confidentiality. All employees and visitors are required to show identification and sign to log book. Employees are not permited to leave the premises with work or coding manuals. Furthermore, management approves all outgoing data shipments and transmissions to ensure production control.
All data is backed up daily, kept for 90 days or longer if needed, and stored in a secure location off-ste under management control. We can store source documents for any period after the initial 90 days for a minimum charge, or the documents can be returned. Arrangements can also be made to destroy the documents by incineration or recycling.
